Terry Cox: plays mandolin, sings lead

Terry Cox plays mandolin, sings lead, and writes much of the band's material. In his voice, you can find hints of his "close- (like about fifteen feet) to-Kentucky" Indiana roots. In his writing and performing style, you can hear bits of his varied background as a cave explorer, state mental hospital worker, photographer, geologist, telephone operator, printer, and carpenter. He currently spends his days making maps, indexing documents and organizing information. The only published author in the band, Terry has written the definitive history of gold mining in the Central City area of Colorado and a price guide for antique railroad stocks. He lives with his wife Lynda in the netherland between Golden and Lakewood.
